Here is my weigh in for a few days ago:
(weighed on week 3 day 1)
Beginning weight- 154
Current weight- 147
Goal weight- 125
Loss- 7 lbs

I have been so busy I haven't been able to update with my food diary but I'll get back to it now. I did go too far over points one day and not being able to journal it maybe have been part of the reason but I'm not going to beat myself up about it, I'm just going to pick back up and keep going. 7 lbs in 2 weeks isn't too bad. I'm down a size in jeans and they are loose! YAY!

1 cup mixed fresh fruit- 1 pt

Grilled Fish Fillet- 2 pts
1 tbsp tarter sauce- 1.5 pt
Sweet peas- 0 pts
Watermelon- 1 pt
94% fat free popcorn- 1 pt
Total- 23.5 pts

I don't usually like fish, but once in awhile I'll crave it for some reason, must be that my body needs it for some reason and today was one of those days.

If I want to use up all my flex points for the week I can use 23 extra points tomorrow :-O I'm not sure if I will--I have a feeling I didn't lose as much weight this week :( We'll see.

Bad day. I didn't eat enough because I had a bad breakfast. Things will be better because it's grocery shopping day and I can restock the house with lots of good stuff!

It's been almost 2 weeks since I went grocery shopping so I'm running out of good food choices that are low in points which I recognize is part of the problem that I've been making poor choices in food the last couple days and eating more points which end up leaving me hungrier than the lower point choices. Hmmmmm. Couple more days then I can fill the house up with yummy foods and restock the fresh veggies and fruit :)

2 c. reg popcorn (out of the fat free)- 2 pts

I didn't have a very good day in food choices. First of all, my appetite is decreasing dramatically. I guess that is a good thing. I didn't eat very healthy today, though.

2 halves of pita bread with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter and a teeny but of jam- 6 pts
small hamburger- 6 pts
a few french fries (2-3 pts?)

Stoneyfield farms organic whole milk yogurt-yes, the fatty kind because it's oh, so good- 3 pts

Thank goodness for flexpoints. I used about 7 of them today, and no, it wasn't worth it.

Weigh in:

Height- 5'7"
Start weight- 154
Today's weight- 150
Goal- 125
Loss- 4 lbs

I weighed myself yesterday thinking it was weigh-in day (it wasn't) and had a 2 lbs loss, but I also weighed myself mid-day and it was right after eating. I weighed myself first thing in the morning like I did last week and I'm down 4 lbs my first week of WW!! WOO HOO! At this rate, I will be where I want in 6 weeks or so!

Today's Food:

Coffee with sugar- 2 pts
Mango-1 pt
1 piece whole wheat Orowheat Health Nut bread w/ 1 tbsp ICBINB lite-2 pts
Tortilla soup 2 c w/1/3 c. cheese- 3 pts
1/2 pita sandwhich w/ honey roasted chicken breastv 3 pts
5 oz. lean steak 5 pts
brocolli- 0 pts
small baked potato w/ 1 tbsp ICBINB lite & 2 tbsp light sour cream- 4 pts
total pts- 22
